昨日は小学校で福祉まつりでした。日豪は今年はそば飯を屋台で出しました。連日の酷暑の中、カセットコンロを８台使って調理し、サポーターの皆さんにも協力を頂きながら、２２３食を完売することができました。昨年から日豪では地域社会への貢献もその活動目的にあげています。子どもたちの夏祭りの楽しい思い出に彩りを添えることができていれば嬉しいです。
The Japan Australia Friendship Association ran a stall of Sobameshi ( fried noodle and rice) yesterday at Welfare Festival. Thanks to the support from community supporters, we sold out 223 serves fairly quickly. One of the causes of our activities is to contribute to community. Hope our food stand added some flavors to childrens' fun summer-night memory.
